Notice of Annual Meeting March 12, 2018 Dear Sawgrass Country Club Member,
You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Sawgrass Country Club, Inc., to be held in the Golf Clubhouse, 10034 Golf Club Drive, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, commencing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
The Agenda for the Annual Meeting will include the election of three (3) Members to the Board of Governors, and a review of the past year (2017) at Sawgrass Country Club. The Agenda will also include a short presentation on the current status of the Phase III Project, the progress we will make in 2018 and the proposed schedule for the completion
of the Project.
For information regarding the candidates for election to the Board of Governors, please refer to the Sawgrass Country Club “Members Only” website (or the attached information if you are receiving this through the U.S. mail).
Your vote is very important! A quorum of 25 percent of the Members entitled to vote is necessary for a valid election. The quorum will be determined based on the number of qualified Ballots and Written Consents received by our outside tabulator, Kelly Business Services, Inc., P.O. Box 551576, Jacksonville, FL 32255, and electronic votes received through MembersFirst, our electronic mail voting agency, no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.
