$60/Junior Chef Includes food, chefs� coats and hats and meals during the day of classes

Junior Chefs will learn basic food safety, preparation and be introduced to working in a kitchen.

Thursday, July 19: Kitchen Tour, introduction to Kitchen Safety, Lab: Pizza 101 & Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

Friday, July 20: Introduction to safe knife handling, basic food prep, Beach Club Summer Salad, Short Rib Lasagna Rollatini and Hot Chocolate Tiramisu.

Saturday, July 21: Prepare and Serve Parents Lunch

Parents are invited to join the Junior Chefs Graduation Ceremony where they will be
treated to a meal prepared and served by the graduating chefs.
